Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ian leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Beth Randall, Don and Gail Fraser. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Fraser and Lynette Fraser (Randall); his brother Colin (Carla Fraser); and his niece Isabel (Izzy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bill Heddles Recreation Center (531 N Palmer St, Delta, CO 81416).
