She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Thoma (Schlumpf) and Jakob Engelbert Thoma; and her siblings, Jakob Thoma and Elizabeth Thoma (John Vanderpool). She is survived by: her husband John Sidney Vanderpool; her son Mark Vanderpool (Clare); her grandchildren, Luke, Paul, Grace and Lucy; her daughters, Holly Vanderpool and Bea Hauschulz; her grandchildren, Jessica and Benjamin; her daughter Heidi Giroux (Mark); her grandchildren, Stephan, Christopher, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah; her daughter Margaret Baier (Paul); her grandsons, Joshua Jeremiah (Emily), Andrew and Brendan; and also Sydney.
In lieu of flowers please have a mass said for the repose of her soul or a donation to St. Michael's Altar and Rosary Society.
