He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Kothe and Delilah Ever Kothe (Quinby); and his sons, Glenn and Kelly Kothe. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Kothe; his daughters, Kendra Hubbard (Don), Deb VonFeldt (Ted) and Kim Suppes (Brian); and his grandchildren, Greg, Bradd, Cody, Trey, Blake, Austin and Zach. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
