She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Barth (Collins) and Clifford Barth; her former husband Rolland Holt (Harold Webb) of Paonia; her daughter Karen Williams; and her pet Princess.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Holt (Lynette) of Pueblo, CO, Brad Holt (Kelly) of Paonia, CO, Don Holt (Dee) of Cedar City, UT, Janine Sitz (Michael) of Grand Junction, CO. and Lynda Webb of Grand Junction, CO.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
