He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Johnson and Lyndall "Joyce" Johnson; and his nephew Blake Burtard. He is survived by: his wife Jessica "Jessa" Wicburg; his sister Hillari Burtard; his brother-in-law David Burtard; his sister Charity; his brother-in-law Damon Lockhart; and his siblings' children, Colt, Ty, Paisley Burtard, Lily, Gauge, Ripp, Mack, Brock Lockhart, Cash Kirkland, Lennon and Callum Wicburg. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
