She was predeceased by: her parents, August Czyz and Mary Czyz (Ziemniak). She is survived by: her siblings, Josephine Gawenski (John), Walter Czyz, Stella Kieta (Bruno), Joseph Finch (Marian), William Czyz (Irene), John Czyz (Martha), Bruno Czyz and Emily Piech (Stanley); her husband Frank Salach of Chicago's Bridgeport; her daughters, Christine Whitacre (Roger) of Denver and Charlene "Cherie" Bartlett (Randy) of Novi, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Emily Daniels (Joseph), William "Bill" Whitacre (Sarah), Nathan Bartlett (Claire), Joseph "Pete" Bartlett and Thomas Bartlett; and her great grandchildren, Georgia Daniels, Charles Daniels, Wilhelmina "Willa" Daniels and Cassandra Bartlett.
