He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ortegon and Leocodia Ortegon of Oregon; and his siblings, Charles, Angleo, Dickie, Lee, Michael, Rosemarie, Yvonne and Carmen.

He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Tobias and Rosemarie; his son-in-law Darren; his grandchildren, David and Shauna; his great grandchild Caleb; and his brothers, Christopher Ortegon, Timothy Estrada and Patrick Estrada. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
