He is survived by: his significant other Lorraine Minter; his siblings, Jenny Mae Milden, James Minter, Joseph Minter and Junius Minter; his children, Rachelle Minter, Theresa Minter-Austin, Bernice Minter-Huell, Serena Minter, Kenecia Lambert, Sherry Torres, Delores Minter, Salina Martinez and Allen Terry Minter Jr.; his mother-in-law Delores Torres; and his godchildren, Shalada Minter, Monique Torres and Kathy Torres. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
