He was predeceased by: his mother Soila Ochoa. He is survived by: his father Richard Ochoa; his wife Josie Ochoa; and his son Stephan Andrew Ochoa (family: Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Ezequiel, Anita, Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and so many friends.
