She is survived by: her husband Ralph Edward Tinsley; her children, Michael Dale Tretter (Heather) of Bellville, KS, Amy Louise Tinsley of Holiday, FL and Ray Edward Tinsley of Deland, FL; and her siblings, Teresa Colleen Hamilton (Don) of Grand Junction, CO and Steven Wayne Owen (Kathy) of Layton, UT.
