He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Pagnotta; his sons, Michael Pagnotta, Matthew Montoya and Joseph Pagnotta; his parents, Anthony Pagnotta and Leona Pagnotta Sr.; and his sisters, Verna Pagnotta and Ruby Dolzani.
He is survived by: his children, Jolene Esterda (Matthew), Mattarano Pagnotta, Jaqueline Villalobos (Rorie Torres), Chistina Zavala (Demi) and Patrick Pagnotta (Joanna); his grandchildren, Xavier, Hailey, Demi Jr., Peyton, Laney, Mikey, Nicky, Anthony, Denice and Erica; and his brother David Pagnotta (Rose Mary). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
