He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Jean Toney; his parents, Emeory Toney and Bertha Toney; and his sister Barbra Unruh. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Wood (Kevin), Pam Lininger (Rick), Jim Toney (Beth) and Jerry Toney (Beka). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
