She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Whitney Blethen and Grace Earnestine Blethen (Stamm); her husband Donald Edward Banzhaf; her brother Charles Bruce Blethen (Ronald Whitney Banzhaf); and her great grandchild Whitney Leigh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kaye Travers (Fred) of Lakewood, CO, Debra Lynne DeJong of Knoxville, TN and Sandra Lee Garcia (Dennis) of Denver, CO.; and her daughter-in-law Jane Ellen Banzhaf (Ronald).
In her memory, the family kindly requests donations be made to Ethnos360, in support of David and Allison DeJong's mission endeavors.
