He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Booker Sr. and Rose Booker (Sharp); and his siblings, Sandra, Priscilla and Leon.

He is survived by: his wife Lynette Alexander; his children, Tyree (Stacey) and Jamee; and his grandchildren, Jayla, Jasmyne, Bryant and Baylen.
