She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel David Plattner (Sam); and her parents, Morris Zauderer and Bronia Fischer. She is survived by: her children, Morey and Rina Plattner; her granddaughter Hannah Plattner; her siblings-in-law, Ann Gugenheim, Shanee Zauderer and Arthur Schwartz; her nieces and nephews, Victor, Marvin, Ilana Zauderer, Lisa, Cindy Schwartz, Robyn Sperling, Lee, Michael, Steve Gugenheim, Susan Vicksman, Marc Birnbaum and Sheera Gumbiner; and her cousins, Shulamit Werner and Hedva Wolf (Israel).
Donations in Bettina's name may be made to Rodef Shalom Synagogue or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
