She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wendell Adcock, Donald Adcock, Terrel Adcock, Brenda Adcock and Mary Jane James; and her siblings-in-law, Eddie James and Joann Adcock.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregg Chapman (Ruthie) of Minnesota, Brett Chapman and Doug Chapman (Rebecca) of Colorado; her siblings, Carrol Adcock, Gary Adcock (Loretta) and Marla Boester; and her sisters-in-law, Edie Adcock and Maggie Adcock. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorials to Breast Cancer Research and will be accepted at the funeral home.
