She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wendell Adcock, Donald Adcock, Terrel Adcock, Brenda Adcock and Mary Jane James; and her siblings-in-law, Eddie James and Joann Adcock.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregg Chapman (Ruthie) of Minnesota, Brett Chapman and Doug Chapman (Rebecca) of Colorado; her siblings, Carrol Adcock, Gary Adcock (Loretta) and Marla Boester; and her sisters-in-law, Edie Adcock and Maggie Adcock. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Searby Funeral Home (107 S Walnut St, Tamaroa, IL 62888). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorials to Breast Cancer Research and will be accepted at the funeral home.
