He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Mindnich and Carolyn Mindnich (Young). He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry, Bobby (Lesa), Tracy Hay (Jim), Kim (Sarah), Carolyn Shine (Bill), David (Michelle), Beth Campanella (Paul) and Heidi Newcomer (Denis).
