She was predeceased by: her son Steven Bryan Noe; her husband Harold Noe; her parents, Fred Shepard (Bayam) and Elizabeth ÒBessieÓ Shepard (Wells); her stepmother Lucille Brown Shepard (Roberts); her sisters, Barbara and Sandra Shepard; and her stepbrothers, Merle, Fred and Raymond Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Noe (Michael Chartier) of Denver, Colorado and Cathy Noe-Littlefoot (Adam Littlefoot) of Thornton, Colorado; her granddaughter Zoya Welshans (Jacob Madison) of Northglenn, Colorado; her great grandchild LaÕKai Madison of Northglenn; her stepbrother David Brown of Irving; Rhys and Nia Roberts of Crofty Swansea.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mowery Funeral Service (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055).
