She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Samuel; and her daughter Susan. She is survived by: her sons, Barry Samuel, Bradley Samuel (Niloufer Mody) and Richard Samuel (Beverly Mayeda); her child-in-law Gail Fred; her sister Linda Levin; and her grandchildren, Micah Samuel, David Samuel and Shaili Samuel.
