He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ann Burke; his parents, Ulus Burke and Hettie Hunter; and his siblings, Ted Burke, Gene Burke and Rose Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Natalie Burke (Lupe), Rose Delima Burke, Juanita Burke, Charles Burke (Sayra) and Miranda Jumper (Carl); his grandchildren, Mauriana Burke, Desarae White (Arthur), Charles Burke Jr., Aaliyah Burke, Devin Williams, Vanae Sample and Carmelo Jumper; his great grandchild Angeliq Garcia; and his father-in-law Charley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
