He is survived by: his children, Dick Hoffman (Jennifer), Jessica Hoffman and Bryan Hoffman (DeAnn); his grandchildren, Matthew Cocchiola (Jenna), Michelle Cocchiola, Jamie Jones (Michael), Eric Hoffman (Rebecca), Alexander Hoffman and Sydney Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Elise, Austin, Zachery, Mariss, Emery and Delaney; his sister Rosemary Franta; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Hoffman, Eileen Hoffman and Rhony Hoffman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (3101 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (3698 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80236).
