He was predeceased by: his father John Hartley Westbrook; and his grandparents, Hartley, Jane Westbrook, Samuel and Florence Berman.

He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Bailee, John and Kavari; his mother Marla England; his parents-in-law, Lenny Jecminek and Charlotte Jecminek; his sisters, Jamie (Justin) and Carey (Seth); his sister-in-law Crystal (Josh); his stepsister Julie (Derek); his siblings' children, Reece (Meghan), Reid, Camden, Rhett, Nolan, Ryder, Wyatt, Noah, Sage and Alayla; his great-nieces, Berkley, Wrenley and Kinsley; his aunts, Deb and Judy (Rick); and his uncle Dick. He is also survived by many other cousins, family, and friends.
