He is survived by: his wife Jessica Beth Martinez; his son Jordan David Martinez; his father Richard Martinez (Denver); and his children, Sherry Kay McClain (San Antonio), Jason Martinez (Sandra) of Englewood, CO, Brian Martinez (Sarah) of Denver, CO, Michael Martinez of St Albans, WV and Jennifer Martinez.

In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up in Danny's memory.
