With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Louise Stein (Denver, Colorado), born in Simla, Colorado, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Lemont Alphon Erickson; her son George W. Matthews; her former husband Thomas Rigsby; her husband Roland Stein; her mother Ruth Erickson (Rinebarger); and her children, Daniel Matthews and Genny Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Matthews and Tammi Hill; her grandchildren, Nathan Matthews (Marissa), Tedi Estrada (Jason), Susan Gonzales, Tina Kraus (Matt) and Chris Hill (Brandi); and her sisters, Jacquelene Baker and Marlene Nash. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
