He is survived by: his sons, Jason Tomory Dodge (Jennifer) of Los Angeles, Alexander Leeman Dodge (Satoko) of Tokyo and John Constantine Bentley Dodge of Montpellier, France; his brother Donald Kunz Dodge (Jana) of Denver; and his grandchildren, David Oliver Dodge, Sumire Coco Dodge, Charlie Madeleine Dodge and Rosanna Lucienne Dodge. He is also survived by his cousins and many close, life-long friends.
