He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Gutierrez and Mary Gutierrez (Maria); his daughters, Charise Gutierrez, Sabrina Gutierrez (David Rees) and Lupe Garcia; and his former wife Tina Gutierrez. He was also cherished by close friends and partners in raising their two daughters.
