He was predeceased by: his father David Wayne Lewallen; and his stepfather William Boecking. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Marie; his daughter Paige Marie; his mother Peggy Boecking; his siblings, Steven Lewallen, Eric Lewallen and Julie Boecking-Rowell; his mother-in-law Carolann Bronko; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Galindo, Tracie VanKeulen, Joyce Lewallen, Cyndy Lewallen, Clint Rowell, Anthony Galindo and Brian VanKeulen; and his nieces and nephews, Tristen Lewallen, Nicholas Lewallen, Sophia VanKeulen and Saffron Galindo.
