She is survived by: her stepgrandchildren, Eamon Rockey and Emily Rockey; her former husband Eugene Rockey; her brother Charles Phillips; her nieces and nephews, Craig Kent Hill, Janet Lee Hill, Alexander Ives Ober, Matthew Alan Ober, Stephanie Renae Blanton and Andrew Kent Hill; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gregory David Alan Ober, Renae Denise Ober, Anthony Allen Ober, Xander Scott Blanton-Garcia and Zelda Renae Schuyler; her siblings, Virginia Lee Stewart and Patrick T. Phillips; and her niece Renae Denise Blanton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Dumb Friends League, where Diana volunteered in the later years of her life.
