She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wakeman and Ester Wakeman; her husband James Brewer; and her stepson Kevin Brewer. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Smith, Jeffrey Guy and Jay Guy; and her stepchildren, Cathy Nantkes, Kelly Brewer and Kim Cowger.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairmount Funeral Home and Cemetery (430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247).
