He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ben Rael and Amalia Rael; his wife Pong Hui Rael; his siblings, Guillermo Rael, Laura Padilla, Elaria Vasquez and Irene Maestas; his grandson Skylar Vallejos; and his great grandchild Analisa Hernandez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Muñoz (Robert), Marlise Johnson (Michael) and Kristina Rice (Alan); his grandchildren, Chris Graber, Sierra Vallejos, Dario Sarina, Lisiate Rael, Ryan Rice and Mikayla Rice; his great grandchildren, Daysia Castillo, Ariana Castillo, Isabella Sigala and Elias Hernandez; and his great great grandchildren, Maleeah Nuñez and Xander Hawley.
