She was predeceased by: her husband James McGowan; and her daughter Mary Kay Black. She is survived by: her children, Joseph McGowan and Maureen McGowan; her grandchildren, Tyler Black (Linda), Tori McGowan-Pope (William) and Teddy Black (Wendy Serrano); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Connor Pope and Steven Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dorothy McGowan's name to The American Red Cross, which is an organization near and dear to our family.
