She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Leslie Jacobs and Waunita Marguerite Jacobs (Lucas); her children, Craig Martin (Christy), Darren Martin (Mary), Chris Martin (Vicky) and Cathy Cullar; her sister Frances Jacobs; her husband Duane Martin; and her siblings, Wayne Jacobs, Shirley Ruth Sawyer and Georgia Eileen Jacobs.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation be made in Dorothy's honor to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
