He is survived by: his mother Doloris Slominski of Mesa, AZ; and his siblings, Dawn Applegren (Ralph), DeLaine Kuehnel, Debe Umbaugh (Glen) and David Slominski (Theresa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
