He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn Swigert and Bruce Swigert. He is survived by: his wife Sue Swigert; his children, Donna Wolfe (Derek), Laura Linville (Ben), Valerie Swigert (Jason Broadaway) and Mark Swigert; his grandchildren, Leila Wolfe, Charlie, Ann Linville, Evan, Andrew Thebeau, David, Tommy and Riley Broadaway; his siblings, Diana Miller (Roy) and David Swigert; his parents-in-law, Ernest and Marjorie Gerbaz; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Cindy Sestrich and Jim Gerbaz. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
