He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Bass (Hamlet) and John Henry Wright; and his brother Jess E. DuBois. He is survived by: his children, Zarlita Wright (Frank Taylor) of Dallas, Zoni Wright of Denver and Terrell Wright of Aurora; his wife Shirley Barnes; and his granddaughters, Jaz Howard, Mia Wells (Damien) and Tierra Wright. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
