She is survived by: her husband Dr. Charles A. Dafoe, Sr.; her brother Ora Eugene Tate; and her children, Ann Clark (Dennis), Charles A. Dafoe Jr. (Sue) and Amy McHugh (Burke). She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
