He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Apodaca; his significant other's son Albert Apodaca Jr.; his son Gene Gallegos; his sisters, Theresa Mendez and Dorothy Gallegos; his niece Samantha Gallegos; and his grandchildren, Sienna, Analiah and Alexzavier. He is also survived by family members and friends.
