She was predeceased by: her parents, Wally Hoffmann and Alex Hoffmann. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Ortiz; her son Ernest Clifford Ortiz; her sister Christa Sohr; her grandson Bryan Ortiz; her great grandchild Hope Ortiz; her sister Helga Glock; and her children, Wayne (Shari), Sandra (Nyle), Deborah, Bruce (Genise), Alex (Teresa), Gregory (Linda) and Brian (Linda). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
