He is survived by: his wife Louann Amacher; and his children, Angie Villamaria (Paul), Sara Bautista, Steven, Savannah, Samuel, Miley Thomas, Erin Adams, Gary, Radcliffe III, Piper Addenbrooke and Laela Meitler. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
