He is survived by: his parents, Joni Girardin (Dennis) and Fredrick Sandoval (Rita); his wife Denise Kelly; his sister Ramona; his son Fred; his siblings, Derrick Borrego (Amber), Janelle Smith (Dorian) and Amanda Mares; his children, Ramona, Reina, Estella Sandoval, Francisco (Unity), Manuel and Kevin Sandoval; and his grandsons, Azriel, Francisco Sandoval Jr., Amir and Emilio Mandragon. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces and nephews.
