He is survived by: his wife Karen Denise Meyers; his sons, Gary George Meyers and Christopher Roy Meyers; his sister Vickie Meyers; and his stepsons, Stephen Herald and David Herald. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Denver Mortuary Chapel (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236).
