He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Edgar and Mildred Edgar (Reynolds); his son Richard Edgar; his siblings, Thelma Imhoff, Drusilla Petersen and Walter Edgar; and his brothers-in-law, James Imhoff and Ralph Petersen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Parker); his children, Deb Barton (John) and Kim Bossenbery (Chris); his granddaughters, Krista Elliott (Jason), Kayla Bossenbery and Karla Bossenbery; his brother Rick Edgar (Mindy); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Edgar, Richard and Virginia Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
