She is survived by: her husband John Nicholas Pavlakovich (Johnny Nick); her brother Michael Perito; her children, John M., Deanna (Steve Hansen), Marianne Owens (Sherwood), Rev. Michael Pavlakovich and Nicholas J. (Tara); her grandchildren, Jacqueline (Andrew), John (Kelly), Matthew, Nicholas Owens, Michelle (Morgan Evans), David (Mattie), Anna Bess, Michael Joseph and Nicholas Peter; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Lindley, Grace Lindley, Zach Pavlakovich, Blake Evans, Cody Evans and Mae Pavlakovich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Service and Cremation - Southwest Denver/Lakewood (3101 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Light of the World Catholic Church (10316 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80127).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Hospital Colorado.
