He is survived by: his wife Frances Sandoval (Padilla); his children, Rowena Alegría and Matthew Sandoval; and his siblings, Mary (Baldini), Joe and Bernadette (Fulton). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
