He is survived by: his siblings, Glynn Chase (Monica) of State College, PA, Gordon Chase (Kathryn) of Scranton, PA, Gayle Chase (Karen) of Lansing, MI, George Chase (Kimberly) of Erie, PA and Sandra Chase Staab (David) of Erie, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
