He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Vered (Michael) and Benedicte (Thomas); his siblings, Lewis (Carol), Noland (Denise), Mary and Debby (Pete); his brother-in-law Lloyd; and his close friends, Pat, Kanna McGuire, Bob, Nancy Piatt, Kent and Deb Steward.
