He is survived by: his sister Sandra Watson of Knoxville, TN; and his children, Keith Watson of Finksburg, MD, Kelly Arter (James Arter) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Kent Watson of Lake Oswego, OR. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
