He is survived by: his children, Karen L. Sanders and Patrick D. Sanders (Shelley); his granddaughters, April Sanders and Emily Sanders; his stepgrandchildren, Nicoletta Stamison and John Wade "J. W." Stamison (Jennifer); and his nephew Glenn Filitti (Cheryl).
