She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father George; her grandparents, Art, Helen Mansfield, George and Anna Mulqueen; her cousin Jim Sailor; her pets, Miffi and Sweetie; her mother Mary; her siblings, Janet White (Michael), Sally Mulqueen, Diana Barry and Mark (Beth Duquette); her nephews, Brian White and Michael Barry (Staley Mullins); her great-niece Collins Rae Barry; her niece Katie Barry (Mike Gedelman); and her nephews, Ike Mulqueen-Duquette (Claire Diamond) and Liam Mulqueen-Duquette (Basak Simal).
Donations in Joan's name can be made to the Rocky Mountain Village, an Easter Seals camp near Georgetown that Joan attended in her youth.
