He was predeceased by: his parents, John A Gibbs, Jr. and Betty Sue Griffeth Gibbs. He is survived by: his family, Long and Colleen Garvin; his sons, Luke (Jennifier) and Justin; his sisters, Sharren Lee Gibbs, Vicky Lynn Gibbs of Gainesville and Leslie Anne Sparks (Rick) of Tallahassee; his nephew James Hughes; his niece Emily Hughes Russ; his grandchildren, Deanna, Amelia, Cecelia Gibbs, Garrett Gibbs (Taylor), Matalyn Gibbs Gilligan (Gabe), Griffin Gibbs, Savannah Bond Masters (Marc) and Patrick Bond (Alahna); and his great grandchildren, Tucker Gibbs, Corinne Gilligan and Iris Masters.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon (19939 E Pennsylvania Ave, Dunnellon, FL 34432).
